The freckles can be done with color if desired, however the standard will be done with several cosmetic inks. The use of cosmetic inks versus traditional tattoo inks will help the color stay true and resist color mudding or greying.

We will consider tattooing minors ONLY in the presence of the parent or legal guardian per Virginia law. We will not perform a tattoo on someone below 16 years of age and will require proof of relation between the minor and accompanying adult.
